Childhood is a special time of wonder, learning, and of course, having fun. Thinking back to my own childhood, so many wonderful memories of time spent around the dinner table talking, laughing and enjoying family meals together abound. I remember our vacations and holidays, the mixture of excitement and nervousness for the first day of school with each passing year and the beauty of the street where I grew up after a fresh snowfall. I can also remember my toys, which at the time were such an integral part of my identity. Of course, as I grew older, the toys changed to reflect my journey toward becoming a young adult, but even those whose time had passed held a special place in my memory and continue to to this day. They were part of a happy childhood I'll always remember with such fondness. Below are few of my favorite finds.
